Álvaro is an Electrical and Electronic Engineer from Universidad de los Andes and completed postgraduate studies in Technology Management and Project Management at Universidad EAN. Before Elevage, he led interdisciplinary engineering projects in air navigation, communications, and energy infrastructure, and worked in operations and stakeholder support for a U.S. healthcare insurance company.
